Refresh & Renew Retreat Details
We are hosting a yoga and wellness retreat at a private jungle villa in the heart of Riveria Maya Oct 22-26. The location is at Onze Retreats in Xpu-Ha. There will be daily yoga classes, meditations, a welcome ceremony, a sound bath in our own private cenote, a cacao ceremony, ice bath emersions, various wellness activity options and lounge time to enjoy the beautiful grounds, cenote or pool. Transfer to and from the airport will be coordinated closer to your arrival.
Included Activities
All activities below are included with the cost of the retreat. Additional optional services will be included if desired.
Daily Yoga Classes
Daily yoga classes will be offered in the yoga shala amongst a lush jungle setting
Welcome Cleanse Ceremony
A cleansing ceremony to set your personal intention for your weekend.
Sound Bath
A sound bath will be held in the cenote by Rene by medicine of sound.
Cacao Ceremony
A heart opening, mood-boosting experience held around our fire pit in the evening.
Breath & Ice Bath
Cold exposure and breath work experience.
Guided Meditations & Yoga Nidra
Guided meditations and yoga nidra sessions to ground, refresh and renew your mind.
Accommodations
All accommodation options come with 3 meals/day (dietary requests accepted), snacks, coffee, tea and fresh juices. In addition, full use of the grounds, and daily room cleanings provided. Prices are per person for the entire stay. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, coffee/tea and water bottle in refrigerators.
Shared Space
Private bed in a shared space with a maximum of 5 beds per room. Some areas have 2 or 3 beds per room.

Double Occupancy
Do you know someone who you're traveling with or want to be linked up with 1 other person? The double occupancy room is a great option. With 2 Queen/single beds and a private bathroom.
Single Occupancy
Prefer to have your own space? Single occupancy rooms include a king bed with a private bathroom.
