At Wander Werks Yoga, we believe in promoting holistic wellness through the practice of yoga and getting outside. Our mission is to create a welcoming space for individuals of all levels to explore their body, mind, and spirit.
Shelby grew up as a dancer and found yoga in college. She was drawn to yoga because the movement came naturally, but kept returning to her mat for the stillness. In 2020 she received her RYT-200 certification from Holistic Yoga School and has been teaching ever since. After overcoming a knee injury and surgery Shelby aims to make all her classes safe to anyone recovering from injuries and/or surgery.
We offer a range of classes, workshops, and events to support your yoga practice and deepen your understanding of yoga. From beginner classes to advanced workshops, there is something for everyone at Wander Werks Yoga.
